At Huma+, we respect user privacy and provide a way for
users
to request deletion of their personal data.
How to request data deletion
If you would like to request deletion of your personal data associated with the Huma+ Portal and mobile
application, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email request to coordinator@bring.co.th
- Include the following information:
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Company name
- Reason for deletion request
What data will be deleted
Upon verification of the request, the following data may be deleted:
- Employee profile information
- Login account information
- Attendance records
- Leave records
- Personal contact information
Data retention
Some information may be retained if required for:
- Legal obligations
- Payroll and accounting records
- Security and fraud prevention
Processing time
Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
